Wandsworth House

Antipodean Studio artfully combined a rich heritage with a long list of modern luxuries in Wandsworth House.

The studio provided material advice and recommendations, supply of hard finishes and furnishings for this beautiful period home and project managed the addition of a light-filled modern extension.

Considerable spatial planning went into modernising this 1870s period home.  The original servant’s quarters were converted into a luxury master suite featuring an ensuite and walk in robe. The formal dining room and kitchen were combined to create a modern open plan kitchen and family room to allow the best use of the space.

More than 150 years after it was originally built, an indoor laundry was created in this family home, much to the delight of the owners.

Custom joinery was designed and produced to maximise storage within this home.

Wandsworth House was then styled by our studio for a real estate sales campaign to maximise the sale price of the house. Through styling the home Antipodean Studios assisted in presenting a property that exceeded vendor expectations of pricing and the property sold faster.
